![]() ![]() ![]() The Print Options dialog allows you to change the font settings for the Title field, which is the field containing you name. Printing a message as a delegate will put your name at the top. There also isn’t an option to remove it altogether but there are some alternative methods to get rid of it anyway. Unfortunately, there is no option to alter the name which is being displayed at the top of a printed message as it is tied to the Display Name of your email account, which you can’t modify yourself for an Exchange account. Is there a way to print it with the name of my manager instead or to remove the name altogether? While this is OK for my own messages, sadly Outlook also prints my name when I print a message from my manager’s mailbox for which I am a delegate. Upon printing an email from Outlook, my name is printed in large bold letters at the top of the message.
